CONSTRUCTION PHASES


PHASE 1 - Complete

Phase One of construction is complete on this 36-acre, mixed use project! To date 198 one-, two, and three-bedroom apartments with indoor and outdoor amenities which include 24 affordable homes along Washington and McKinley Avenue and 85,000 square feet of retail has been completed. In addition $20 million of public improvements including the temporary reopening of Redwood Square and the extension of Murphy Avenue have also been completed. Building T on Block 5 is completed with AMC Theaters, Whole Foods, and parking garage now open! The parking garage which is just south of Building T is also nearing its final completion.

Target will continue to serve Cityline Sunnyvale, with parking for customers in existing garages structures along Taaffe and the surface lot between Sunnyvale and Murphy Avenue.

Furthermore, several retailers have opened: AT&T, Comcast, Kid’s Care Dental, Salon Republic along with
Ulta opening in July.

PHASE 2 - Under Construction

Phase two of construction is underway. Flats West, the first 75 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments is scheduled to open in August 2021. Please visit CitylineFlats.com for leasing information. The remaining townhomes along Iowa Avenue will start construction in early 2021.

PHASE 3 - Pursuing Approved Entitlements

Master Plan was approved in August 2020, with the first of the two projects approved in Q1 2021. These two projects on Block 3 are approximately 500,000 sf of office and 479 Apartments above ground floor retail.
