Join us for a beginner Hip Hop Class at Cityline!
This one’s for the people who save dance videos and lowkey practice in their room. If you can hit a move, you can learn a combo. And if you’re a beginner? We’ve got you.
On Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30PM, Bay Area choreographer Tarik Rollerson is teaching a free Intro to Hip Hop class at Cityline.
In this class, you’ll learn hip hop foundations and how a combo actually comes together — how transitions flow, how to catch musicality, and how to make it feel clean and intentional.
Tarik (co-founder of 1Up Crew) has been immersed in hip hop culture for years — choreography, krump, locking, turfing — and brings that experience in a way that’s approachable, welcoming, and fun.
You don’t need to be a pro — just bring your rhythm and be ready to move.
The class is free, but spots are limited. RSVP below.
Meet me at Cityline.
